Solar Park Marknesse: A milestone in sustainable energy for Flevoland and for CCE!
CCE The Netherlands is further developing in the field of sustainable energy. In July 2024, we acquired the "Ready to build" project Marknesse, with the aim of constructing a large solar park with no less than 23.3 MWp in the province of Flevoland.
Completed in record time!
Since the beginning of the work in August 2024, the construction, carried out by our EPC party EigenEnergie B.V., progressed very quickly. In March 2025, the construction of the solar park was fully completed and ready to supply thousands of households with sustainable energy.
Innovative and future-oriented
The Marknesse project is characterized by the following selection options:
• East-West oriented solar modules: Maximum utilization of the available space.
• Long-term PPA contract with Scholt Energy B.V.: Stable and sustainable purchase of the generated electricity.
• High placement of the panels: This allows grazing by sheep, enabling agriculture and energy generation to go hand in hand.
• Focus on Biodiversity: Together with the province of Flevoland, we are developing plans to strengthen the natural environment and improve biodiversity.
